About this episode
Psalm 78 asks a powerful question that many of us have wrestled with in difficult seasons: "Can God furnish a table in the wilderness?" The Israelites had already seen God perform miracles—delivering them from Egypt, parting the Red Sea, and guiding them through the wilderness—yet when hardship came, they questioned whether God could still provide. It's easy for us to do the same. When life feels dry, uncertain, or overwhelming, we begin to wonder if God can really meet our needs in this season. But the rest of the psalm reminds us that God did provide. He brought water from the rock, manna from heaven, and everything His people needed to survive. The same God who provided then still provides today. Your current situation does not limit God's ability to care for you. Even in the wilderness, He knows where you are, what you need, and how to sustain you.
